Question about Philips Hue White Ambiance
Hey Community, does anyone know what or if I need accessories to pair the lamps and control them via app? Thank you & best regards
The Hues all work either via Zigbee with the Hue Bridge or via Bluetooth (there is an app for this or it is integrated into the Philips Hue app).
Alternatively, it should still run via Bluetooth.
You need a Hue Bridge anyway; nothing else. I don't think the lamps can be controlled directly from the app (i.e. without a bridge), because the lamps use the Zigbee protocol and your phone can't handle that.
