"Here we occupy the middle ground between ... No-name parts with unclear performance data" and the description only says: Charger with a total output of up to 130 watts. - So if you really want to claim clarity with such chargers then I would recommend specifying more precise performance data, e.g. 100W with 1x USB-C1 port assignment or if USB-C1 and USB-C2 are connected then max. 140W with 1:0.4 withdrawal etc.
