This is correct, in the meantime the OC version was offered at a lower price, but the price has since been adjusted again.
Since we work with daily prices, our prices can vary daily. There are various reasons for this. 
An OC graphics card can be overclocked and thus has a higher clock frequency, so it is not worse than the stock version.
