Help, this unit has already been replaced 2x for us because it cannot be switched on... even after over 4h of charging, no LED goes on... can someone help here please?!

I became aware of this product due to a campaign by the brand Hyperice. I also received the product with a defective switch-on button and played the whole game 4 times!!! and received a defective device 3 times again. Galaxus support was also unable to offer me a good solution, so I returned the product and had the money refunded. Very sad
Everything worked perfectly for me... I bought it a few weeks ago. Are all the plugs in the right place?
By the way, you have to hold down the power button for 3 seconds for the unit to switch on. Then the LED lights up. Only then can you switch on the massage levels, always from bottom to top, not backwards. That's a bit stupid, but it works...
