Help :) I bought one of these and the product is getting power (it makes zzz so power noises) but the fan does not turn as if it has too little power... I noticed that on the adapter it says Max 10A/2500W and on the DE plug it says 16A/250V, could that be the problem?

This means that the power of the connected appliance must not exceed 2500 watts. The adapter itself should not make any noise. If it does, please do not continue to use it.
