Hello Would such a keyboard also be suitable for one-handed people? How high is the programming effort for "non-gaming people" and how is the "handling" (simple-complicated)?

It depends on what you want to do with it. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for all games because it has too few buttons. OK for ball games. Installation is easy. Plug it in and go.
Programming the two buttons provided for this purpose is not very difficult.
