Question about ASUS ROG Gaming Charger Dock

Hello.. Unfortunately, the transfer to my Philips TV is not working for me. I am using the ROG Ally with the ASUS Rog gaming Charcer Dock. I have tried various cables such as usb-c to usb-c and hdmi to hadmi. I updated all the drivers and finally rebooted the Rog Ally. I then sent my Rog Ally in as I thought something was faulty with my usb-c connection. Now it seems to be repaired. But it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me or have a tip?
