Question about Microsoft Surface Dock
Hello This product arrived with a charging cable that is not compatible with our sockets in Switzerland. Can this be the case? If so, can it be exchanged with a dock station that has the correct connection or do I have to buy an additional adapter?
The best thing is to contact the customer service directly. They will then send you an adapter.
You can also go to a shop where they might also give you an adapter.
