Hello On my marshalls a small part that clamps the metal brackets together on the side came loose and got lost. The metal brackets are now loose and I don't know how to fix it.

I assume you still have a guarantee, otherwise the seller will be happy to help you. Unfortunately, I don't know what kind of bracket you mean. Otherwise, the manufacturer's representative will be able to help you if you don't have a guarantee.
