Question about Philips Evnia 49M2C8900/00

Hello, My monitor seems to have a firmware issue. I have a warning message flashing all the time (on for 10 seconds, off for 1) about Panel Refresh needing to run - not Pixel Refresh, I have been running these regularly, but Panel Refresh which is only supposed to be applicable after 2000 hours of work (I'm not even sure it had worked for 2000 hours by the time the problem started). I tried to upgrade the firmware but there was a problem with that too. Philips state that this firmware update problem is fixed with SmartControl v6.19.3 but the latest version I see available for download on their site is 6.18. I opened a support ticket with Philips but I just accidentially found out that they closed it without responding to me (beyond the initial acknowledgement). I am currently not impressed by their handling of a problem with a new expensive flagship monitor that's only partially usable. I therefore have some questions: - has anyone else had the stuck Panel Refresh message problem? If so, were you able to fix it? - has anyone else had firmware update issues and solved them? - has anyone been able to download SmartControl v6.19? Frankly at this point I'd love to just return the monitor and get a non-QLED one but after nearly 6 months it's probably a bit late for that...
