Hello! Maybe it's a stupid question, but I'm not a professional: I have already installed spots, namely those from KÜTTEL LED K Bologna 68 and I would now very much like to change to the Hue lamps. Is that possible without much effort?

Your existing spots have 68mm inner diameter and 80mm outer diameter. This will therefore work. You don't need the connection transformer as the Hue spots are connected directly to 230V. Depending on where your transformers are installed, you may have to pull the 230V wires up to the spots.
