Just to let you know that the product shown is not the right one.

Your page displays and presents the Razer Kaira Pro with hyperSense Haptics technology (see your description).

I placed an order and received the RAZER Kaira HyperSpeed model which is not the Pro and does not benefit from Razer's HyperSense Haptics technology.

I have tried to explain this to your customer service team who don't seem to understand the difference and are sticking to their position that this is the right headset when it is NOT.

- RAZER Kaira HyperSpeed
- RAZER Kaira Pro HyperSpeed

There is a big difference between these two models and your page is confusing especially as the description does not correspond to the model received RAZER Kaira HyperSpeed.

Please check your page and update the correct product other customers may be mistaken your product is really the RAZER Kaira HyperSpeed model and not the PRO which basically costs much more I thought I had a deal but I got ripped off ... So I asked for a refund to buy the PRO version elsewhere.

I have the same case !!! They keep saying it's the same helmets when it's not !!! The price and the specs are not the same !!!
