Software unfortunately only on Windoof. If a PDF is generated, I wonder why not a CSV?
But I think the loggers are intended for logistical transports and the data must not be manipulated.
I think the logger is very good. It has a good quality and the battery lasts a long time if you put a new one in.

The logger also automatically creates a PDF with diagram and data which can be copied to the PC after plugging in the logger. However, it does NOT save a CSV as one might erroneously assume from the product description; VOLTSOFT is required for this.

Yes, requires software, can be downloaded. Software is relatively stone-age and only runs on Windows. Export to Excel is possible. I find the data logger very good; I calibrated it and was surprised at the accuracy. The data handling, however, is annoying.
