Hello, I would like to have some information on the differences between this model and the EPIC please. Has anyone been able to try both models? I have back problems and wanted to know which model is more suitable? Thanks in advance.

I own both the Hero and the Epic, the difference is that the Hero is more comfortable than the Epic, which is narrower, you feel a bit more relaxed on the HERO, but the differences are smaller, both are excellent chairs, the integrated lumbar support on the HERO is not enough for me, I still use the cushion for my lower back.
