hello I would like to buy a second ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 STRIX A8G-GAMING and connect it via SLI. I have a power supply with 850w, is that enough? or do I need another stronger power supply?

Yes, theoretically enough. Of course, it depends on how many drives and other PCI cards you have installed.
