Question about Lenovo Yoga

Hello I received the Ypga mouse last week, but now I have the problem that I can't switch on the mouse. Connected to the charger, the mouse shows me that the battery is charged, but as soon as I unplug it and try to connect it to the convertible, nothing works. when I plug it in again, the battery level shows low. What can I do?
