Hello, I ordered the product on Jan 29TH- yet I understand I would not receive anything before end of this month. May i know why it takes so long to have it delivered- is there anyway we could speedup the delivery? With IKEA, I add my products delivered barely 2 working days after my purchase- if I must wait 1 month, I am better off ordering from Aliexpress. Thank you Regards Pierre

I buy a product on your website - I don't receive it, I don't hear from you, and on top of that you make money on the back of your customers.
If you are not able to sell a product, you should not put it on your site - it is your responsibility to ensure the credibility of suppliers - not your customers.
This is absolutely wrong, and it is not the first time it has happened.
Please return to me as soon as possible the total amount, without any hidden costs, that I have paid for a product that you have wrongly offered for sale on your site.

There are a lot of products we do not always have in our storage facility. Our suplier then provides us with his delivery assumptions, which we can't influence in any way. Usually you see the estimated delivery time beneath the product description.
