Question about Beats Studio Buds

Hello I ordered the Beats Studio Buds (ANC). Everything is wonderful but the volume is too low for me. How can I make the headphones louder? The mobile phone already has full power and I can't adjust the volume on the headphones themselves. I have a Samsung mobile and don't use Bixi. I have already watched x videos but nothing comes up for the volume.

The headphones are loud enough. If I were her, I would have my hearing checked by an ear specialist.
Of course, it could also be that her phone is too old or that the hearing limit has been reached so as not to damage her hearing.
