Question about Samsung Gear IconX (2018)

Hello, I ordered Samsung gear Iconx from you a few days ago. I received the ordered items today. Yesterday I received a mobile phone with Buds from my family. I called the customer centre today. And they said that if it's glued shut, I can return it. Can I send the item back to you? It's still glued shut.
