Hello I have recently had the problem that my Kingston XS2000 (4TB) SSD is suddenly no longer recognised by the computer during a data access or copy process. On my Lenovo Legion 7i (2023 model with Win11) all external SSDs (SanDisk Extreme PRO Portable 2TB) used to work without any problems. Which is of course unfavourable during a copy process. In addition, I can't possibly download all the data from the device if it keeps interrupting. So far I have tried the following: - Changed USB slot [without success] - Replaced cable [without success] - Updated driver/firmware [without success or latest version already installed] I can only resolve the error by unplugging the SSD and plugging it back in. Does anyone have any advice or has observed something similar? I would like to stick the device in but it will be difficult if I can't get the data off it. Greetings Zeneox
