I have just discovered that my carbon gimbal from China, which I use with the Nikon D850, Tamron 150-600mm and battery grip, has play in the moving state (the top knob is not tightened), i.e. the gimbal does not maintain the horizontal position. (Camera with lens tilts down a bit). Can you tell me if this is not the case with this gimbal ? Greetings Per

If the gimbal is not horizontal, the camera-lens combination is not balanced. Even a new gimbal is no use. Sorry.  The Tamron 150-600 has no internal zoom. It will never stay horizontal when the zoom is extended. 
By the way, Benro also comes from China.
