Question about Vava VA-LT002

Hello, I have had the unit since October 2021. Now I have noticed an error. A SonosBeam is connected via HDMI acr every approx.15 seconds/ for about 2 sec. the volume symbol appears. Can anyone help me how I can possibly fix this? Thank you

Check if CEC is activated on the HDMI connection on the VAVA. If this does not work, also make sure that you are using an HDMI ARC cable. The ones that come with the devices are usually not.
