I have connected 2 monitors to the Essential, both are not working. What am I doing wrong? I have an HP Pavilion x360 15-dq1xxx. When I connect them directly to the HDMI port of the laptop, they both work. Thanks for the help.

Either the power supply you're using to power the station isn't powerful enough (try another one)
Or the base station has gone into skid mode, so you need to remove all sources of power (external and your laptop) and let it discharge for 10 seconds.
