Hello I have bought this docking station. Now my problem. I have two identical monitors with DisplayPort connections. The docking station has two HDMI ports and one DisplayPort port. One monitor which has DisplayPort to DisplayPort works. But the other one does not! What do I have to do to make the second monitor work? The cable I have for HDMI and DisplayPort does not work. Do I have to pay attention to anything in particular? Thank you for a detailed message that even a woman who has no idea about technology can understand.

Does your PC/laptop have a free Displayport?

Is it a question of connecting to a Mac or PC? For the Mac, I had to download a special interface so that both screens can be controlled. Unfortunately, I can't help with the PC.
