Hello, I got the arctis 7 and connected it to my iphone 11 pro but the volume is very low can anyone help me?

On the right ear, you can adjust the mix between Game and Voice... this may be the cause, as you probably don't need this mix function on the iPhone.

HI, how did you connect the arctis 7 to the iphone? doesn't work via bluetooth or usb-c?
