Hello I can't connect the bulbs to the WLAN, I've done a reset about 30 times and only have 2.4 GHz WLAN on, but it doesn't work. Does anyone know what to do? The router is the new GiGa Box from UPC. Greetings Luka

Hello
What exactly is not working? As soon as the lamp is new (or after a reset), you have to search for it in the Xiaomi Home App, then connect it to the wifi of the lamp and it should automatically use the original wifi. The router should not be the problem. You should describe exactly where you are getting stuck.

Hello together
Here is the solution: Set up a guest wifi (or remove the password for the wifi briefly). Connect the light bulb and control it via APP. This works perfectly, of course, the WiFi is not protected.

Now the update option for the light bulb appears under Fimware. Carry out the update. Reconnect the bulb and update again if necessary. Afterwards, secure the WLAN again or set up the light bulb again with the normal secure network. Remove the guest network.

That should work ;)
