Question about OPPO Enco X
Hello I bought the Oppo enco x about 3/4 of a year ago. Now the right headphone doesn't work properly anymore, so it plays the music mega bad and mega quiet. My question: Are the headphones still under warranty or is it worth taking them in for repair? Greetings Dario
Bring in guarantee is 24 months as far as I know. I had a warranty claim after about half a year. The right pod had stopped charging.
I would clearly say submit as a warranty claim. The process at Digitec was quick and problem-free.
