Question about Samsung ViewFinity S6 S34C652VAU
Hello, Has anyone had the problem that the screen is recognised by the laptop but the image remains black? I don't see any LED light that would indicate that the screen is on, but as I said, the screen is recognised, I can change the settings, etc., but it just stays black. Tried it on two laptops, same problem. Thank you very much!
The screen has an automatic switch-off function that can be switched on/off in the menu.
The power button is located in the centre of the menu buttons behind the Samsung emblem.
Have you switched to "Extend screen" mode in Windows? Windows key + P
I sometimes have to reconnect the screen to the laptop's USB-C port several times until the image is displayed. On my 2nd laptop, however, it works without any problems.
