Hello Does this tablet (or others) have internal memory so that you can draw on the go, for example, and upload the image to your PC later?

No, the Wacom One has no memory.
The Wacom One can only be used when connected to a PC/Mac or Android Mobile. It has no built-in battery and must be connected to the power supply. You can think of it as an additional screen with pen for PC/Notebook/Mac. Except that you can actually draw with the pen.

No, this device is a terminal. If it were a real tablet computer, it would be a lot more expensive. But it runs well on an Android smartphone.
