Hello Do we currently still include the voucher for a year's free vacuuming and is there really a radio-controlled operation on the Comfort handle? Thanks for letting me know. Greetings Joel

Hello, the voucher was probably included but the dust bags were never delivered.... The remote control on the handle is not available on this model, as far as I know only on a more expensive model.
