hello do i need to change my 3600x cpu for a 3080 or is the cpu enough? thx in advance

It depends on the resolution you are gaming in. Even a 10900K limits the card in Full HD and often in WQHD. I would wait and see what AMD shows at the beginning of October with Zen 3 and then invest in a new CPU if the price fits. At the moment there is probably nothing that can exhaust the card.
