Hello Can this monitor serve as a TV replacement without any problems? I have no cable connection, no satellite and would like to feed the monitor with an Nvidia Shield TV and watch TV via Wifi (Fritzbox LTE), e.g. Zattoo etc.. Is this monitor such a good solution, or would a TV be better, connections? Also think about the high resolution of the screen.... Thanks for your help.
Hello, in my opinion this is a question of personal preference. I also watch Netflix and the like on the device - but in parallel to my work on the computer, but the colour representation is certainly not the same as that of an OLED 4K TV set, there are worlds in between, because the device actually has a different purpose. Personally, I am very satisfied with the price-performance ratio. The sound of the monitor speakers would be too thin for me, but since I don't use them myself, I don't really care. I don't have the connections in my head, but they are probably in the specifications of the article, but both DisplayPort and HDMI are available.
