Question about Samsung Smart Monitor M7 LS43BM700UPXEN

Hello Bought this device and can't manage to connect the USB C cable 3.1 gen 2 as well as the original Apple Thunderbolt to the monitor. Have tried with MacBook Pro 2018, MacBook Pro 2021 and an HP Envy 2019. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance
