Hello As this lens is currently only available from you (not even from Nikon itself) I assume it is a direct import?! Does the 3 year Nikon Swiss warranty apply here? Thank you for your information

The lens was supplied directly by Nikon and has the Swiss manufacturer's number. It should therefore be eligible for the Nikon Swiss warranty, as stated on the product page.
Of course, you also have our 2-year bring-in guarantee as usual.
