Hello, with which intermediate piece can I achieve that both the sound in the headphones sounds and the sound from the TV continues? Thank you and greetings

That depends on your TV. It would need the possibility to set the internal speakers to continue to run despite the headphones being connected. An external device is only useful if, for example, you want to split the audio output of the TV in order to run external speakers and headphones at the same time.
