Question about AsRock Radeon RX 7900 XTX Taichi White 24GB OC

Hello I have had this graphics card in my pc for a few months and it does not have a coil chip.

I have already ordered the 2nd one and both have extreme coil beeping at the Hdmi & DP connections have also already replaced the cables and replaced the power supply, both were not helpful almost thinking about returning them... 😕

No coil whine at all for me. The thing runs as quiet as a whisper...
