Question about Koenig Finessa

According to my research, magnets of this kind are frequently used in coffee machines to detect whether components have been inserted or are closed. In the Koenig Finessa, they are usually found on the drip tray, the capsule container, the lever or front flap, or, less commonly, on the water tank. The magnet serves to signal to the machine that the relevant part has been correctly inserted or closed.
