Question about Ecovacs W3 Omni
Hello, what happens with a glass pane that has no frame on one or more sides? Does the robot drive over the edge and fall off? Can a large mirror also be cleaned with the robot? Is the cleaning agent really good? Can it be reordered or is there something better? Thank you very much, I would be very grateful if someone could share their experiences. Claudia

Cleaning agent is okay and can be reordered. Rimless glass: No experience, it is surely in the manual. I would be extremely surprised if this case were not programmed. Sure, mirrors too, why not? I am very satisfied with the device.
Thank you very much for both answers. Our balcony and stair railings are made of frameless glass. Despite the answers, I feel uneasy about using the robot there because if it were to fall down, it would certainly be broken. Has anyone actually tried it out?
Borderless works. The device apparently has sensors on all 4 corners that not only detect when the WinBot hits a window frame, but also when it is sucking in "false air." On the other hand, the WinBot has a problem if it hits a single, larger object such as a door hinge or a window handle. In that case, there is a risk that it will fall down in a flash without warning. A tip: It only makes sense for large windows, glass surfaces, or mirrors. Otherwise, it is nothing more than a nice toy for adults 😉.
