Hello What about long hairs, do they get caught in the rotating Motorbar™ floor nozzle ? or is the floor nozzle with dust detection technology better ? Because we had a bigball and it was like that ? and what is the difference to the Gen5detect ?

We have a teenager with long hair and dogs and we've never had the problem (which we also had with the bigball).
