It doesn't have a tab to peel off the foil, like the protective foil on the back. First of all, many thanks to Digitec/Galaxus in Bern. The matter was handled in a very friendly and professional manner, we were offered an exchange or full credit.  After a short investigation it was clear that the display foil is a feature and should remain on it, the preset language was Slovenian, together with the scratches on the packaging it was quickly clear that something was wrong, it couldn't be a new device. Answer

You can find out if there is still a film on it. I would not accept scratches on the display. And you have to set the language in the IB. At least that's how it's always been so far. Greetings and have fun with S20
