Hello together I've recently started having a serious battery problem with my Linkbuds S and my partner's Linkbuds. One of the two In Ears loses a lot of battery after a short time. I can almost watch the capacity drain on the app. I've noticed this since the last update, does anyone else have this problem? I have already sent an e-mail to Sony support. If the following functions are set, the available operating time of the battery will be reduced.
-Equaliser
-DSEE Extreme
-noise cancelling function/ambient noise mode
-Speak-to-Chat
-Function for calling up the voice support function with your voice
-Service Link
-Sound quality mode during Bluetooth playback: prioritise sound quality
If you use the settings above at the same time, the available battery life will be even shorter.
Depending on the settings of the headset functions and the conditions of use, the battery consumption of the left and right units may differ. However, this is not a malfunction.
Be sure to put the headset in the charging case after use. If the headset is placed in a trouser pocket or similar, the headset will recognise that it is being worn and may switch on by mistake.
Be sure to close the lid of the charging case so that no power is drawn from the charging case battery.
The available operating time of the battery is shorter when making calls than when playing music.

I have the same problem and as I no longer have a warranty, I have been looking for a solution for some time. For me, the problem also more or less appeared when the update was released. However, I didn't carry out the update at first. My hope was that the update would perhaps improve the problem, but since then it only seems to have got worse.
