I would like to install these cards in my old ACER PC to be able to run it for a while.

Currently there is a GTX980 with 2x 6 pin power supply installed. Can I use a 1x 6 pin to 8 pin adapter to power the card or do I need a 2x 6 pin to 8 pin adapter -- Is there such a thing?
