Question about StarTech SV231DPDDUA2

Hello Together I would like to build a setup in which I can switch between my Macbook Pro and my PC (via KVM), but it seems that it is not possible to connect it directly to the Macbook. Is it possible to connect the Macbook to a dock or adapter (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/startech-thunderbolt-3-to-dual-dp-digital-digital-video-converter-10165442) to the KVM and my two monitors to it? I would be happy to hear about alternatives as I would love to connect 1 USB C cable to the Macbook which would charge the Macbook, the monitors and the mouse and keyboard.
