Hello Together I have connected the screen via USB-C to my MacBook Air M1. Unfortunately, small elements (e.g. fonts or symbols) are quite pixelated and blurred. Does anyone know how to fix this? Are there any drivers for MacOS? Everything looks correct in the screen settings. (Resolution and etc. are selected correctly).

No, there is only one thing you can do, return the screen. It is a sad fact that fonts unfortunately appear pixelated and blurred on 34 inch screens, these screens do not have enough pixels for sharp text display. I also try on occasion to warn people not to buy such devices, sometimes I am just too late.
I generally warn against 3440x1440 pixels or 2560x1440 pixels if the screen is larger than 24 inches, there will be no sharp text display. With 1920x1080 pixel screens, it's tragic from 20 inches upwards, and people are happy to buy 24, 27 or 32 inch screens with that resolution (may be OK for gaming, but not for text).
My recommendation always goes to 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 pixels, which works well with 28 or even 32 inch displays, because you have the necessary pixel DPI values for a sharp image.
I would choose a 32 inch display with 3840x2160 pixels, these would be very good. You also have more space in height with 2160 and the 32 inch devices with 4K are even slightly less wide than a 34 inch widescreen model. This one can also charge a Macbook Ar M1 with USB-C.

28 inch devices with 3840x2160 pixels would also work, and they would even be a bit cheaper.
