Hello Together I have an Alexa 3rd gen. So far, everything has been running tip-top. But since yesterday it reports that Spotify is not activated in my region. But if I start Spotify normally on my mobile phone, I can select Alexa and play the music. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Thank you in advance.

I can confirm that I have the same problem. Have you been able to work around it in the meantime?

I have the same problem. The reason is the recently rolled out alexa update on the devices. At the moment I am still looking for a weak point in the software or a bug that we can use.
