Hello together I can no longer connect my Hombli Smart Swiss Socket to the iPhone app. It is recognised in the app and I enter the WLAN information, but when pairing after a certain time I get the message that no connection is possible. I have only had this problem since I replaced my old AP with a Ubiquiti AP. I know that the Hombli Smart Socket only communicates via a 2.4GHz WLAN, so I created a special 2.4Ghz WLAN profile. Does anyone know the problem and perhaps a solution? Many thanks for your support. Oliver

Have you changed the AP recently or updated the software since the last time it worked? If not, reset the Smart Swiss Socket.

In my case, this was due to the extended functions on the WLAN. Multicast, BSS, fast roaming, band steering, etc. I had to deactivate function after function by process of elimination. I can't remember exactly which function it was. You only recognised 2.4. After a lot of patience it worked for me again. Good luck.
