Question about G.Skill Trident Z RGB
Hello together I already have this article here, i.e. 2x 8GB RAM. I read on the net that my PC (i7 8700k, Asus 1080 Ti) works much better with 32GB RAM. I often play very demanding games or edit videos with Premiere, then I see the PC is as good as at the limit. Now my question, can I buy these 2x RAMS again, of course the same speed etc.? Actually, there should be no problems, but it is possible that Quad Channel can cause problems.
The prerequisite for a good configuration is that the bios is up to date, the memory is the same, the standard bios settings, Uefi etc. are of course active. So everything should be green for now. Run a few benchmarks and see if everything is compatible. If, contrary to expectations, the first start-up results in reluctance, this may be the first sign that the right memory is not being used.
