Hello, this keyboard is in QWERTZ layout but does that mean QWERTZ (French speaking) or QWERTZ (German speaking)?

on digitec in French when it is indicated CH for the keyboards, it is always a CH-FR layout, but some have both layouts indicated at the same time, like this keyboard, for example written at the top of the key: öé and at the bottom of the key éö
