Hello, the description says that the machine has 11 grinds. In the photo, however, I only see 6 adjustable grinds. What is correct for the model on offer? Thank you for an authoritative answer.

Hello, the machine actually has "only" 6 grind levels, whereby grind level 3 is recommended first when starting up. To make the best coffee with optimal crema, you will probably only need levels 2 to 4. I have had the machine for 1 year and I get the best crema at the initial setting of level 3. Of course, it also depends on the filling quantity and the tamping.
