Question about Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic
Hello, the casing of my USB receiver has fallen off and it no longer works reliably. Keyboard and mouse are still fine - is the USB plug available separately? Or does anyone know if it is possible to order only the mouse again, for example, and use the USB plug that comes with it for the older keyboard as well? Merci for your help!
I am relatively sure (but not 100%!) that the USB plug is coded to exactly this keyboard and mouse. Therefore, in my opinion, an exchange will not be possible. If you still have warranty, an exchange would be the best solution.
If you're planning to buy a new one instead, here's my experience: I'm now using my third Sculpt keyboard. With the previous ones, one (shift key) and the other (right space bar) failed at some point. However, I am a frequent typist and have not yet found a better keyboard for me.
